Kingsley Physiotherapy is a private billing clinic. A portion of every consultation fee is claimable through private health insurance. We process rebates on the spot via HICAPS. Please understand our fees before attending.
Discounted fees apply to aged pensioners only.
Cancellation policy: ALL missed appointments or cancellations with less than two hours notice incur a $50 fee. Long consultations missed or cancelled with less than two hours notice incur a $100 fee.

Workers compensation

Preparing for your consultation
Please bring any relevant x-rays, scans, medical reports or referral letters. Wear clothing that allows the physiotherapist to examine the injured area: shorts for lower limb problems, and a singlet or loose top for upper limb, neck or back problems. Arrive 10 minutes early to complete paperwork.
A doctor’s referral is not required to see a physiotherapist. If you have one, bring it with you.
